We are currently focusing in the Waller County Area, North Houston, the Panorama Village north of Conroe, or on your own provided land. We look for areas that provide reasonable commutes to Houston’s major employment hubs and the downtown areas .
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and carry Builders risk Insurance. Furthermore, our strong-standing memberships in the GHBA, TAB, and NAHB mean we adhere to a strict code of ethics and stay updated on the latest Texas building codes.
Do you offer a home warranty?
Absolutely. We stand by our work. Every Skylark home comes with a written warranty on materials and workmanship as well as a 10-year structural warranty to give you peace of mind in your new investment.

While we do offer basic upgrades to help personalize your home buying experience, to keep our homes attainable and our timelines efficient, we offer a selection of pre-designed floor plans and finish packages. These have been curated by our experienced team to maximize both style and durability.
